Be part of the signal

Send a song. Leave a little hello.

Use the player’s thumbs up or down to share your taste, request a song, or send a shoutout for the airwaves. Open “Why this song?” to read N’lora’s own note about her selection. These controls work here and in the separate listening window, without a Discord sign-in.

You can listen without introducing yourself. Radio links open a themed listening popup; press Play when you are ready. Closing it stops its audio. Open the player in its own window to keep it with you while exploring, or use the full radio page. Audio starts only when you choose to play, and the player shows the current signal state.

N’lora reviews requests and may suggest an alternative. Shoutouts may be read aloud, so leave out private details. A saved receipt keeps your request safe through a connection hiccup. Discord also has the shared radio posts and vote-to-skip.

A little help tuning in

When the signal takes a moment.

The player says standby or unavailable. What does that mean?

The station may be between sets, paused, or unable to reach the stream or status service. The player distinguishes those states rather than calling everything live. Try Play again after a short pause, or check the radio posts inside Discord.

Why can the track information and audio differ briefly?

The audio stream and the station’s status information arrive separately. A network delay can make the track label or upcoming list catch up a little later.

What does the listener count use?

The web player sends a browser-session identifier and technical information while listening so the site can estimate active web listeners.
